Welcome to the Falcon nest, on Maston Lake! Start your morning by brewing a fresh cup of coffee and enjoying it out on the deck overlooking the lake—an easy, peaceful way to begin the day. Grill on the deck and unwind in one of the many comfortable seating areas overlooking the water while watching the kids play on the swings and sandy beach below. Enjoy a friendly game of bean bag toss in the yard, or head down to the private dock to fish and watch the bluegills swim by. Spend your day kayaking, paddleboarding, or canoeing out to the nearby sandbar, or wading in the shallow, clear water right in front of the house. For those mixing work and play, high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected, while the quiet, natural setting helps you fully unplug when you’re off the clock. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire in Adirondack chairs for s’mores and stargazing. And when it’s time to fully relax, soak in the outdoor hot tub with beautiful lake views—the perfect end to a day on the water. There’s plenty to enjoy indoors as well! The lower level features a full-size living area with a large Roku TV—perfect for movie nights. You’ll also find a classic Super Nintendo Entertainment System loaded with your favorite games, along with board games and bar-height tables for gathering. Plus, don’t miss the dedicated game room, complete with a Pac-Man console and a variety of wall-mounted games, including Connect Four, Scrabble, basketball, ring toss, and tic-tac-toe. For younger guests, there’s even a LEGO table and toys to keep them entertained for hours. One of the best parts of Maston Lake is the location—you’re tucked into a peaceful lake setting, but still close to everything. You’re about 18 minutes from Greenville and roughly 40 minutes from Grand Rapids, giving you easy access to great dining, breweries, shopping, and entertainment while still enjoying true lakefront privacy.
